Community Guidelines

Guidelines for a Harmonious & Conscious Way of Living

1. 100% Plant-Based Lifestyle 

All food consumed and prepared within the community is strictly plant-based—no animal products allowed.

2. No Smoking, Alcohol, or Drugs 

We maintain a substance-free environment, prohibiting smoking, alcohol, and recreational drugs to support clarity and well-being.

3. No Loud Parties or Disruptive Behavior 

The community values peace and harmony; loud music, late-night partying, and disruptive behavior are not allowed.

4. Order, Cleanliness & Care for Common Spaces 

Shared areas are to be treated with care—clean up after yourself, respect quiet hours, and maintain harmony in communal spaces. A clean, organized space reflects a clear mind—each member is responsible for keeping their personal area tidy.

5. Commitment to Community Practices 

All members actively participate in daily practices such as morning meditation, conscious movement, meal preparation, cleaning, afternoon qigong, evening meditation, and sharing circles.

6. Clear & Honest Communication 

We practice conscious, nonviolent communication—no blaming, shaming, gossiping, or passive aggression.

7. Personal Responsibility 

Each individual takes full responsibility for their emotions, beliefs, and personal growth.

8. Respect for the Structure & Agreements 

The community functions with agreed-upon rhythms, rules, and schedules—members are expected to honor and follow them.
