By becoming part of our community, you will join a daily structure designed to keep us awake, present, and connected. Here, you’ll have the space to reflect, grow, and deepen authenticity and awareness—both within yourself and in your relationships.

Our Essential Practices

At The Essence, we live each day as if it were our last, embracing simplicity and enriching our lives through presence and connection.

We nurture the body, mind, and spirit with the following daily practices:

Meditation

Guided and silent sessions to deepen self-awareness and build resilience.

  • Standing 

  • Sitting

  • Walking

 

Self-Inquiry and Self-Awareness Practices

Explore beliefs and patterns that cause suffering, and learn how to inquire

into and be free of them.

  • "The Work" by Byron Katie.

  • Reflective journaling.

  • Group discussions and mindful sharing after meditations and
    in the evening.

Conscious Movement

Gentle yet powerful practices to reconnect with and strengthen the body:

  • Qigong.

  • Inner yoga.

  • Pranayama (breathwork).

  • Nature walks.​

 

Mindful Plant-Based Eating

We prepare and share fresh, wholesome vegan meals together every day, focusing on unprocessed and unrefined ingredients.​ We're cultivating connection by sharing each meal together as a community.​​​

​Understanding the Difference: Community Stay vs. Retreat

We offer two distinct yet complementary experiences: the Retreat and the Community Stay.​

Retreat: Your Personal Transformation


The retreat is designed entirely for your individual growth and healing. You'll have the space, structure, and guidance to focus completely on yourself, away from all distractions.
You'll receive one-on-one guidance, a supportive environment, and daily practices for deep reflection, healing, and self-discovery.
This path is about doing your inner work—focused solely on your personal transformation, not community living.

Community Stay: A Shared Journey into Deeper Awareness


From day one, you're part of the community—joining our meetings, sharing daily practices, and contributing your skills to support our shared space, both physically and online, with the intention to spread awareness for the benefit of all beings.
This isn't a community holiday or retreat from life. It's an invitation to live differently—authentically and with full awareness. You'll be challenged to see parts of yourself you might prefer to avoid, and you'll discover your own strength and resilience in ways you haven't before.
This program is for people genuinely seeking an alternative way of life. Even if you don't stay long-term, you'll experience that a different way of living is not only possible—it's being lived here, right now.
If you're drawn to conscious shared living where daily tasks become opportunities for growth and awareness, this path will meet you where you are and take you further than you expected.

What Makes This Experience Different?

This 1-month program opens the door to something bigger—a life where you communicate with complete honesty, support each other without limits, and show up as your true self.

Over these 30 days, you'll slow down enough for real change to happen. You'll have the space to let new practices settle into your daily life and become part of who you are. This isn't about learning concepts—it's about living them.

By the end, you won't just understand a different way of being. You'll be living it.

Contribution

€1111 for 30 days in shared community accommodation
 

What you get:

  • Accommodation
    You'll live exactly as our long-term community members do—no special treatment or privileges. This means you might switch rooms on short notice, sleep on a mattress on the floor, and share bathrooms and showers with several people. You won't choose your accommodation.
    This is authentic community living. If you need privacy and comfort, choose our private room option for €2222 per month.

  • Daily plant-based meals and fresh juices

  • All guided sessions and community support

Continuing Your Journey Beyond the One-Month Stay

​Ready for more? After your 30 days, you can choose to stay for a three-month residency.
This deeper commitment is for people who discover that our community genuinely supports their growth and want to continue.
At the end of your month, if you feel aligned with our values and ready to engage more deeply with community life, you can choose to extend your stay. If this feels right to you after experiencing life here, we welcome you to call this space home longer.

Three-Month Membership

A deeper dive to discover if this community is where you want to build your life. After completing these three months, the natural next step is a one-year commitment—your pathway to becoming a full community member.
 

Contribution: €3000 (€1000 per month)
