By becoming part of our community, you will join a daily structure designed to keep us awake, present, and connected. Here, you’ll have the space to reflect, grow, and deepen authenticity and awareness—both within yourself and in your relationships.

At The Essence, we live each day as if it were our last, embracing simplicity and enriching our lives through presence and connection.
We nurture the body, mind, and spirit with the following daily practices:
Meditation
Guided and silent sessions to deepen self-awareness and build resilience.
Self-Inquiry and Self-Awareness Practices
Explore beliefs and patterns that cause suffering, and learn how to inquire into and be free of them.

We prepare and share fresh, wholesome vegan meals together every day, focusing on unprocessed and unrefined ingredients. We're cultivating connection by sharing each meal together as a community.

Understanding the Difference: Community Program vs. Retreat
We offer two distinct yet complementary experiences: the Retreat and the Community Program.
Retreat: A Personal Journey
For those who seek deep personal transformation, the retreat offers the space, structure, and guidance to work on yourself without distractions.
You’ll receive personal guidance, a supportive environment, and daily practices designed to facilitate reflection, healing, self discovery and growth.
Community Program: A Shared Journey into Deeper Awareness
This program begins with a 14-day immersive retreat experience. During this initial phase, you will fully focus on yourself and your process—just like in our retreat program.
After the first two weeks, you will have a choice:

Continue as a retreat participant for the remaining 16 days, staying inwardly focused and supported in your healing journey.

Or begin integrating into the community—participating in our meetings, joining some shared daily activities, and offering your skills or interests to support the space, either physically or online, with the intention to spread the light of awareness for the benefit of all beings.
Whether you continue as a retreat participant or transition into the community rhythm, the contribution and accommodation remain the same.
This program is for those seeking a real, immersive communal experience. If you’re drawn to conscious shared living and engaging in the flow of daily tasks with awareness, this path may be for you.

€1777 for 30 days in a shared double room with en-suite bathroom

This price applies equally to both the Retreat and the Community Program.
You don’t need to decide in advance which path you’ll follow after the first 14 days.
You are invited to arrive with openness, and after the initial two-week retreat immersion, you can decide—together with us—whether to continue inwardly as a retreat participant, or begin to gently integrate into the community, contributing your energy, presence, and gifts either in-person or online.

Continuing Your Journey Beyond the One-Month Community Program
At the end of this month-long immersion, if you wish to continue your journey with us, you will have the opportunity to explore a deeper commitment through a Three-month residency. This transition is a natural progression for those who find that our community truly supports their path.
This offering is extended to those who align with our values and are ready to engage with the community in a meaningful way. If this speaks to you, we welcome you to explore the possibility of making this space your home for a little longer.
Three-Month Residency
A profound journey to determine if this is the right place for you to live long-term, followed by a one-year commitment.
Contribution: €3000 (€1000 per month)
